This workshop will offer a hands-on opportunity to review and enhance your skills in approaching a consulting assignment and develop another arrow in your quiver of consulting tools and techniques – several arrows actually. Beginning with a review of the consulting process, this workshop will provide you with a detailed checklist of activities for each stage in a client assignment - from Entry through to Termination. Then, using a case study, you will work through the Solution Framework tool. It will teach you a technique for developing and delivering a solid diagnosis to clients. It will offer you an opportunity for new insights into key diagnostic, creativity and decision-making tools. Applying the Framework will provide you with working papers that back up your approach, your conclusions and your recommendations. And the design of the workshop encourages you to network and glean insights from other local professionals.
